Coaching Terms of
Service
By engaging Clever Fox, you agree to the following
terms:
- Sessions are held face-to-face at Clever Fox’s premises
in Melbourne and lasts 1 hour starting at the appointed
time. Late arrivals will end at previously appointed
time. Distance coaching via telephone or Skype is
available to clients outside of Melbourne.
- Your program is to be completed within the time frame
agreed (3 sessions to be completed within 6 weeks, 6
sessions with 4 months and 10 sessions within 7 months from
the date of your first session). It is your
responsibility to ensure that you schedule your sessions
within this time frame.
- You understand that each person has unique beliefs,
thinking and behaviour patterns, challenges, values and
resources and as such the number of sessions required and
results achieved vary from person to person.
- You can pay upfront prior to commencement of your
program or utilise our payment plan. If
using the payment plan, your first instalment is
debited upon booking your first session with subsequent
instalments debited from your Visa or MasterCard on the
first of the month. Failed transactions on the
due date will attract a $15.00 fee.
- You agree to provide 1 working day’s notice for
cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Monday
appointments must be rescheduled by Fri and appointments
falling on the day immediately after a bank holiday must be
rescheduled 24 hours prior to the bank holiday.
Clever Fox is entitled to charge you the full amount for
sessions cancelled/postponed with less that 1 working day’s
notice or for no shows. Cancellations or rescheduling of
appointments with more than 1 working day’s notice, will
incur a $10.00 room cancellation fee.
- There are no refunds if you change your mind or choose
not to continue.
- Clever Fox reserves the right to terminate the coaching
relationship if you behave in a threatening or
inappropriate manner, default on payments or consistently
miss appointments.
- Clever Fox reserves the right to engage the services of
a collection agency to obtain the remaining unpaid balance
and will be entitled to all cost of collection, including
reasonable attorney’s fees.
- You may be given tasks to perform outside of the
coaching session. It is your responsibility and
indeed in your best interest, to ensure that these tasks
are completed.
- You agree to inform Clever Fox if you come under the
care of any health care professional such as a therapist,
psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist or related
professional during the course of the coaching
relationship.
- You understand and acknowledge that Clever Fox operates
through a process of facilitation and agree that any
decisions and ensuing actions you take is your
responsibility and that Clever Fox is not responsible or
liable to you or any Third Party for any consequent loss
suffered as a result of your actions.
- Clever Fox may use or refer you to third party products
and information. Clever Fox is not liable for the
accuracy nor makes any guarantee for these products and
services.
- Payment for coaching is not transferable to other
individuals and cannot be tranferred to other
Clever Fox services such as resume development, business
plan review and career assessments. Clever
Fox will provide you with a separate quote should you
choose to engage these services or products.
- Your confidentiality and privacy is assured and your
contact details will not be shared with any third
party. There are two exceptions to
confidentiality:
1. When disclosure is required to prevent clear and
imminent danger to yourself or others
2. When legal requirement demand that confidential
materials be revealed
