Life Coaching
Change in life is certain. How we deal with it is what
matters.
When an unplanned change occurs, we may feel the rug pulled
from underneath us. We may experience a lack of security, a
loss of direction or even self doubt. We know what we "should"
do, but often feel stuck.
Changes can also be self initiated or sought out; for
example, accepting a new job, or seeking changes where you feel
"stuck".
Regardless of the type of change you are experiencing or
want to experience, personal coaching, also known as life
coaching, can help you get on track or navigate around the
uncertainties with positive results.
Here are just a few

start your own business

experiencing a lack of direction and

than the other way around.

thinking and behaviour patterns. You want to

Personal coaching can help you by addressing the beliefs you
have about yourself, your values system and help you create
meaningful changes in the right direction. We facilitate you in
developing new thinking patterns, teach you life skills and
help you access innovative ways to solve problems. When you
resolve the situation that is holding you back, you can restore
faith in yourself, better manage emotional situations and
develop a sense of purpose in your life.
Contrary to the belief that change is difficult or takes a
long time, many of our clients report of rapid results in a
short period of time. Just as importantly, most people find the
process enjoyable.
I always knew that personal coaching was a powerful
tool but I did not realise how much it would improve the way I
look at things. Kathleen helped me understand my core motives
and driving forces. Looking at these have enabled me to
understand my own needs more clearly. Kathleen makes me think.

Each sessions last 60 minutes.
- 3 sessions held fortnightly in person or over the
phone.
- 6 sessions. Program to be
completed within 4 months.
- 10 sessions. Program to be completed
within 7 months.
