Pursuing a career doesn't always mean climbing up the traditional corporate ladder.  For many of us, joy comes from creating our own career and running our own business.

Career Creators is a career coaching program designed to help you define and think through important areas in making a career transition.  In many cases, this includes starting your own business.  

You may be suitable if:

• You have achieved  significant success in your career but feel there is much more to life than what you are experiencing 
• Your decision involves more than just changing jobs or careers; it could involve starting a new business or project
• Middle level or senior executives interested in exploring a lifestyle change

What you get:

Career Creators is a coaching program that is completely customised to the individual.  Our aim is to help you become congruent  and aware about the career decisions you make.   The program could include (but is not limited to) the following areas:

• Gain clarity around your various and potentially conflicting wants
• Define what is really important in your life and your career
• Get clear about your long term life goals and how these fit in with your career decisions
• Understand the impact (both positive and negative) of your choices
• Plan the steps to get what you want
• Identify potential pitfalls and how to avoid them
• Get connected to, and motivated by, your goals

Cost:

The cost of Career Creators depends on the number of hours you select for coaching.  We recommend 6 hours as a start pointing point.
