About Kathleen Alexander
An accomplished and highly skilled performance improvement and personal change specialist, Kathleen's background includes over 13 years of commercial experience internationally.
Kathleen has held senior positions within organisations and consulted to a range of companies in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Australia from startups to SMEs and multinational corporations.
An accomplished Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) specialising in human behaviour, Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping and Certified Trainer, she draws upon these skills to quickly guide her clients in making the transition from where they are to where they want to be. With extensive training and experience in human behaviour, she is skilled in tracking underlying beliefs, values, thinking and language patterns and to ask appropriate questions to help you get your outcomes. This enables change and learning to quickly and effectively.
She is a regular speaker at professional development seminars in Australia. She has also been interviewed by radio station 3AW and various publications for strategies on personal improvement.
